Firstly, we have an issue where the checkout button is no longer functional - meaning customers can’t proceed from the cart to the checkout. Shopify support has suggested it was due to small changes/customizations we made in the liquid theme (such as a clear cart button, cart counter, packing slips sorting A-Z - all of which were perfectly functional and gave no issues initially). We have reverted everything back so no longer have any custom code however the issue persists. So thats the main problem.
Secondly, now that we’ve removed the “clear cart” button, customers want their carts to clear automatically after they’ve checked out. Currently the carts hold the previous order and customers were using the clear cart button. I’m sure I had seen a setting in the admin for “automatically clear cart after checkout” but now I cant find it for the life of me. Please help!!
