Center logo image in footer for mobile prestige theme

I would like to center the logo image in footer only for mobile.

You can see above image and change the inline stylesheet of that particular tag in about me page section . As above shown in screenshot i manage that pic to arranged center.

But I would like to align the image to the center relatively, and not to use the margin right in pixels, so in every moblie size it will be in the middle. Thanks
