Is anyone else having trouble with Shippo? Despite having all of the right boxes checked, Shippo will occasionally not mark orders a fulfilled which is annoying and costs time as manual fulfillment must be done. Well now they’re not sending tracking so I’ve got to have my staff searching, copying, pasting and providing that information to customers. It’s costing me time and money.
Do Pirateship or other providers have better/more reliable integration with your store?

Same problem here, I switched to them from Shipstation as I dont get a ton of orders - enough to justify shipstation’s cost. But now wondering if I should go back, or just fulfill my orders through shopify. Same thing, order still marked as unfulfilled, and no confirmation to customer.
