I am trying to change the name of my “Collections” Page to say: “All Watering Cans” instead of “Collections.”
Is it possible to code this?

That’s a great idea to include keywords in your collection titles! And fortunately, you do not need to do any coding, you could simply use the language editor.
You could pop into your store admin, go to Online Store, and select Themes > Actions > Edit Languages:
There is a search field at the top where you can type in “Collections” and then scroll down to the bottom to change the title:
Once you’ve done that, please be sure to hit “save” to keep your changes!
