Change Header Image Banner Size for Mobile

Hey everyone, I am trying to change the image banner size on my header specifically on mobile. It is too large on mobile and I would like to decrease the (I think) height of it. The actual header size is great but it is just the image banner under it. The desktop site looks fine, but for some reason, the mobile header image banner is too “tall”. I hope somebody can help me!
