Change logo (or logo colour) when scrolling down

Hi Team

Hope you’re well.

I would like to ask you if someone can help me modifying the header of my webpage. We would like to make the logo changes the colour when scrolling down like in skims.com page (image 1 and 2)

Now we have a transparent header and we would like to have a white logo when transparent and when scroll down a black one (image 3 and 4)

Our theme is Dawn and we already change the code to make the header transparent
