Change minimum quantity for items remaining in Supply theme

Hi,

I want to show how much stock is available for each of my products regardless of the quantity in stock, but the items available option in Supply theme only shows remaining stock when the stock drops below 10 items. How can I change it to show when a much higher amount is available?
