Hello, is there a way to change all products image background to one colour in bulk in shopify?

Thank you for reaching out.

To change each product image background you first need to ensure that images uploaded are transparent background PNG files. Then you can test this accepted solution in one of our other threads. While this is not official tutorial you can definitely give it a try. Keep in mind before you customize a theme, it’s a good idea to make a backup copy so that you can discard your changes and start again if you need to.

Otherwise, you could hire Experts to do it for you or take a look at apps such as this one. Let me know if that helps.

I will give it a try. I however would have to upload image with transparent background. is there a shortcut for preforming this step? or I’d have to download all images and remove background one by one?

Great question! The app I mentioned earlier will actually do both for you. It is processing 10 pictures at the same time when you can remove background from any image and add any colour other than white.

This app will do the same, and it has free plan available. I can confirm those are not the only ready to use solutions available in App Store. You can browse through all available options here. Most of them have free plan available, so I am confident that you will find something that suits your business needs.
