Does anyone know how I’m able to change the bookmark / frequently visited icon from ‘H’ to my logo? Any suggestions or code would be very helpful, I can’t find any method to do it at all. Thanks!

Really good question here - it’s not one I see very often! So it appears that Apple uses a different style of image for this section of the Safari Browser than they do for favicons. This means that Apple assigns a letter character that represents the website for ease of access for the user of the device.
With that being said, it appears that coding can be added to your theme to remedy this and allow you to offer an icon that represents your logo. I did some digging and it appears that our Theme Team may be able to assist you with this request since you’re using the Dawn Theme, which is made by us!
I recommend that you reach out to the our Live Team using this link. From there, make the advisor that you end up connecting with aware of the change you’re looking to have made. They will be able to speak to the Theme Team to see what’s possible. I can’t promise what the outcome may be, but this is a good route for you to try!
Do you mind me asking why you’re looking to change this icon? Are you looking to change it just for you, or for customers that may bookmark your store?
