there is a lot of blank space (especially in mobile) between the product picture until the add to cart button. I wish the blank space was smaller so that the add to cart button could be visible from the hero page

Hello @Alfredo7272772 , Yes you can easily place Product Title below the Add to Cart button. Simply follow the steps.
Open your store admin dashboard > Online Store > Themes > Customize
In Customizer you will need to choose Product Template to edit the product page.
From the customizer, you can easily drag and drop the product price below the add to cart.
Note: Your them should support Shopify Online Store 2.0
