Change the padding on mobile site at the footer (Brooklyn Theme)

Hi, Im looking for some help with adjusting the padding at the footer of my site when viewed on a mobile device

Please see the attached image below

I also wondered if it’s possible to have the links in two column instead of under each other when viewed on a mobile device?

On the desktop view the footer is fine but when viewed on mobile its too close to the sections above
