When setting up Shopify payments I have accidentally typed the wrong persons name and now Shopify Payments is asking me to verify this person via Government issued ID. I need to change the name to the correct person so I can verify.
So far the site is still in development mode and has not received any test orders or real orders.

The issue I have is that when logging in I can only see my active ‘live’ stores and not the store I need to make the change to as it is still in development.
Is there a way to get this sorted before we launch the site?
My pleasure, @BryanPal ! And my apologies too. I didn’t realize the store is a development store. In this case, you’ll need to contact our Partner support team instead. Since the store is on the development plan, it is still associated with your Partner account so you need to be authenticated through this account in order for our support team to access the store.
