Changes on the backend do not reflect on live website

The live website is not updating any of the changes in the backend. I have tried different browsers, incognito browsing, clearing history and cached files, on mobile devices, etc…

Image #1 is what it should look like, what it is on the theme customization page, and on the “Themes” page - a snapshot of what the website looks like. But when visited, it shows Image #2.

I have multiple stores, this issue only happens in this store. It has been going on for over a week, it takes about 24hrs for the live website to reflect changes made on the backend, while my other 4 other stores only take a few seconds - regardless of the size of the changes, big or small.

Yes, I did changes in the morning, the changes at 11pm were still not showing up, and your screenshot and reply appear to be posted at 2am, so it takes quite some time for the changes to go live, up to 24 hours… anyone else experiencing this with their store? As I mentioned earlier, this only happens to one of my stores.
