Changing font size sub-heading and heading

Hi,

I am using the the Theme ‘Prestige’. If I want to change sub-heading and heading in there size. Because I want t have the size of the sub-heading bigger and the heading smaller. Is there a Code for or is it possible to change the positions? You can find a file attached.
