I’m here to ask if there is any possibility to change the language of the ‘Mój adres email’ to english? The box is in the footer and it’s shopify feature.

Can you tell me which theme you are using please? If it’s a Shopify theme, you should be able to change the wording that appears in the theme’s language editor. You can access the editor by heading to Online Store > Themes and choosing Actions > “Edit languages”. Once you’re in the editor, you can search for “newsletter” and should see options to change the wording for different sections of the newsletter sign up form:
