Changing the name of the account to domain name on the notifications

Hello,
I’m having an issue with email notifications pulling my original myshopify.com account name into emails to customers. I set that name up initially during the trial without knowing that I can’t adjust it after the fact. I’ve done quite a bit of work on my site and it is now live so I’d like to continue using it, but need some help with adjusting the HTML of my email notifications template to reflect the actual name of my business that my customers will see. I am using the Debut theme. My knowledge of coding and HTML is limited so I’d appreciate some guidance on how this can be done. The account name thats showing up is elainebernsteinrange.com and I want it to show my domain name which is elainebernstein.com. The wonderful guy in support, Matt, worded this for me and suggested I post it here and also on the experts marketplace. If its really easy I’ll try it myself, but I think that I might need one of the experts!

Have you tried going to https://shopify.com/admin/settings/notifications and editing the files you see listed there?

Usually what you need to change is : {{ shop.name }} or {{shop.url}} in those templates. Otherwise you can change general settings from here https://shopify.com/admin/settings/general

Unfortunately without access to your site I can’t see where’s the problem top point you in the right direction.
