Hello,
I have an issue with chargebacks. I received chargebacks for order not received, and I provided shipping label and tracking as my response to the chargeback which showed that it was still in transit, and for some reason I still lost the chargeback. This is unfair, as the product was still delivered and I received no profit, plus a chargeback fee. Is there anything I can do about this, like appeal the chargeback? Please help me out as I’m a small business and I’m struggling due to this.

I have won chargebacks in this situation when I make sure to explain in my defense to the bank that the package was delivered to the customer AFTER the chargeback was issued by the customer and that the customer is now satisfied (even if they haven’t admitted as such).
If the package gets stolen and the customer does a chargeback, take a screenshot of the customer admitting it was stolen. I always win those ones.
Other than that, you’re going to lose even when you’ve done nothing wrong. Ban the customer, send them an email telling them to be a better human. Don’t lose faith in all humanity. Most people aren’t trying to steal from you even though it really stings when someone does.
If you accept paypal payments, it’s easier to win chargebacks with paypal. Paypal has buyer’s and seller’s insurance included, so if you show that you sent the package to the correct place, and the carrier shows it was delivered, then Paypal isn’t going to dock you, and in most cases they’ll refund the customer, so no one loses.
