Chargebacks

I got my first ever chargeback and now I can’t market on the Shop app…I was not in the wrong, but the bank favored the customer even with all my evidence. What can I do?

Hi Femineen. We’re working to make the chargeback experience much better over the next couple months. We’ve already added Sidekick support for digging into why the buyer raised a chargeback and why the buyer’s bank decided in their favour. As you make more sales, your chargeback rate should go down and Shop app eligibility will be reinstated.
