We’re looking at launching an app with a fixed monthly fee and a % on item sold via our sales channel.
We can messure and track items that has been added to basket and checkout (paid for basically) and I can see that there’s an option in the app store listing application for “additional fees” but I can’t figure out if we need to handle this via stripe or similar, or if there’s a way to handle additional fees via billing api or similar?

You can create Usage Charges for additional fees for your app.
While you create the Recurring Charge, specify capped_amount and terms properties in the body of your request that applies to usage-based billing. This prevents the customer from being charged for any usage over and above the capped amount.
