Hey, I uppercased my entire online shop and now I noticed that the option to easily edit the CSS during checkout doesn’t exist. Is there perhaps another way to make the checkout and the preview page uppercase? I am using the Dawn Theme.

Checkout CCS section is only available to Shopify Plus plan. The reason why this option is not showing on your end is because editing checkout page for lower plans are not allowed. Though, if you are on Shopify plus plan and checkout ccs section is not showing, I highly suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team so they can further check your theme settings.
