I’m using an app that allows users to checkout through a separate process for purposes of using credit terms / Net30
The button works fine on a desktop, but for some reason does not work on a mobile device.
Anyone able to help?
Checkout button tied to an app-based alternate checkout for credit terms (Net 30 = pay within 30 days) works on desktop but is not clickable on mobile, specifically on the cart page. The product page is unaffected.
Store access was shared via a temporary domain and password for testing. An image of the problematic cart button and a video demonstrating the issue on two phones were provided.
A helper tested and reported the button works on their end (shared a screenshot), indicating the issue may be device- or environment-specific. They could not reproduce or identify the problem after reviewing.
Current status: Unresolved. There is a discrepancy between the reporter’s mobile experience and the helper’s test results.
