Hi Shopify team,

I have a problems with check out page. It said “Checkout is currently unavailable due to technical problems. Please try again in a few minutes”

and this is not a few minutes, It has been a week since i tried to open my store and i couldnt open because of this issues.

I have sent an email also but noone reply.

Could you please help me with this issue. This is not on FREE trial run. I have paid for the site. and it is counting everyday. But i have to do wait from support team to fix me this.

I have checked your store and didn’t find any checkout issue there. Could you kindly check once from your end and if you still find the issue then you can share a video to me on DM so that i can take a look into it.

I cleared the cache and I still get the same “check out is currently unavailable due to technical issues”

I just had the same problem. I solved it by taking the password off my page and putting it live!

My checkout is not working and people are trying to purchase items right now, how do I fix this problem?

Check if your domain has ssl certificate activated meaning see if you have the secured lock one your left side of the domain. That was the case for me
