COD orders placed manually are not being Synced on Unicommerce

Hi,

We are unable to see few COD orders (Placed manually by us) on Uni commerce, so we raised a complaint on Uni commerce and they have said that there might be an issue with Shopify API. Could you please sort this at the earliest ? We cannot keep our orders unfulfilled.

We haven’t had any other recent reports of disruptions with our fulfillment APIs. If the app developer is noticing unexpected behaviours, the best course of action would be to reach out to us directly through their authenticated partner account with an X-Request-ID from the last 14 days that they believe is having an issue, and we’d be happy to investigate it further.
