The first thing I would suggest would be to try to access the app from a different browser (Google Chrome or Firefox) then you are using now and clear your browser’s cookies + cache files. This will help rule out any potential local issues on your end.
If it still doesn’t work, your next best bet would be to contact the app developers directly for a status on their app.

I think part of my concern is I’m not sure exactly what is even in this app. My hunch is if I delete the app, it might delete more than I want but since I can’t see it and we haven’t touched this in years, I might delete a “theme cache” of sorts and I don’t want to do that. Is there any way to delete an app and install it back with the same settings? Even if I deleted it, I’d at least know if what I want to do is in there or not (although my hunch is it is). Thank you.
Hey Dirk, I am getting email bounces from the developer support email address. Which seems to imply that Shopify supports a plugin that is currently broke and the emails are bouncing and not getting through to the developer. Is there anything else we can do here? I am concerned about deleting this plugin because I don’t know what it’s doing exactly. Would really love some more support here, not sure on my options. Thank you.
