Collapsible Product Info Block (Ingredients) Disappeared After Installing Judge.me

Topic summary

A Shopify store owner using the Prestige theme reports that a collapsible “More Information” block displaying product ingredients via metafields has disappeared from product pages after installing the Judge.me reviews app.

Troubleshooting steps already taken:

  • Verified metafield data still exists and is correctly populated
  • Confirmed the block remains active in the theme editor with proper dynamic source linking
  • Attempted reordering the block above the review widget

Judge.me support indicated this is a theme-related issue rather than an app conflict and declined to assist further.

Community responses:

  • Multiple users requested the store URL to investigate the issue directly
  • One store owner recommended contacting Maestrooo (Prestige theme developers) support, praising their responsiveness and AI help bot

The issue remains unresolved, with the discussion awaiting either the store URL for direct troubleshooting or further diagnostic information.

Hi everyone,

I’m using the Prestige theme on my Shopify skincare store and had a collapsible “More Information” block on my product pages that pulled in product metafields (specifically an Ingredients list) using dynamic sources. It was working perfectly before.

After I installed the Judge.me reviews app, the “More Information” section has disappeared from all product pages even though the metafield values still exist and the block is still active in my theme editor.

Here’s what I’ve checked/tried so far:

  • The Ingredients metafield is still correctly populated on the product level.

  • The “More Information” block is still in the product template and correctly linked to the dynamic source.

  • Reordered the block to be above the review widget - no change.

Has anyone else had this issue with Prestige + Judge.me, or knows how to fix the rendering of this metafield section?

I contacted Judge.me and they advised it was an issue with the theme element, not the app, so were unable to assist.

Appreciate any help or suggestions!

Hey @Luke_Faulkner

Welcome to Shopify Community! Can you share your Store URL so I can have a look on it? Also, if you have password enabled then please share the password as well. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Luke,

I am NOT one of the prdatory-feeling partners just another shopify store owner here! i had an issue with my Prestige, slightly different to yours as I didn’t get judge me, anyways i would suggest to you reaching out to their support at Maestrooo, they were freakin AWESOME. There is an AI that tries to help first but if that doesn’t answer ( it’s actually really good AI help bot puts sidekick 2.0 to shame) So I would deffo reach out to them. Not an answer but more some advice i learned from my own Store issues. Good luck!

Please share the link to your product page so we could check.
