Hi,
I can’t find how to change picture in this collection banner. Because this banner belongs to a collection I didn’t created, “all products”. I don’t want to delete it, only change picture. Normally it can be done by https://admin.shopify.com/store → Products → Collections . BUT as I don’t have this collection created it can’t.
I tried also going to Online Store → Themes → Customize → Collections → Default collection. BUT the only option I have there is “Hide” or “Make visible”.
I use a purchased theme named “IRIS”.

Of course. So I send you 2 pictures of Customize mode.
- For this collection banner: I only want to change picture and change text to “all products”. I can’t change text or picture from that direction I mention in number 2.
- This is the same collection banner that is correct. And I change the picture and text directly from Admin → Products → Collections → Soffor (a category I actually created)

Thanks for your reply. It looks like the theme is using the collection’s featured image. Since the page /collections/all doesn’t belong to a collection, we cannot add a featured image to it.
As a solution, we’ll need to update the theme code to support a different image instead of the placeholder image.

Sounds like a great solution! But I hope that code won’t overwrite those collection banners/images I placed myself? Could you guide me through the steps?
The changes should not override other collection banner images. However, since you are using a paid theme, I do not have access to the code base and cannot provide a solution without it.
To make these changes, I will need theme edit access to the store.
