I have obtained photos of our products that are high resolution, but they appear blurry as thumbnails under Collections. If you click on one of the products to go to the individual product listing, the image is crisp and clear. The image in its original form is 2048x1365 pixels. I have seen many others with this issue and people have suggested editing the size of the photo to be closer to Shopify’s recommended 1024x1024 for Collection images, but changing the pixel size in Preview did not resolve the issue. I used TinyPNG to ‘optimize’ the photos and make them smaller, but this did not fix the issue. There were various solutions changing some of the code in the card-collection.liquid file for other themes, but this didn’t work for the Origin theme. I am including photos of the specifications of the original photo, how it appears under Collections, and how the individual product image appears. Any help to fix the blurry Collection photos would be greatly appreciated.
