It is possible to achieve this using the Essential Grid Shopify gallery app. First, you need to create a collection gallery within the app and then assign the gallery ID to the product page’s metafield.

Afterward, drag the product template into the app block, and in the app block settings, select the product metafield as the data source. This will display your designed collection grid on the product page.
