I am currently using the broadcast template for my store. I have now purchased the reformation template and want to switch to it. However, I encountered an issue with custom color swatches for products. I copied the existing color data from my current template to the draft of the reformation template, but it is not displaying correctly. I’m not sure where the problem is occurring.

The first image is a draft where the colors are not displaying. The second image shows my online product information, where the colors are displayed successfully.

Hello.

Can i get the Store URL and if possible can you share the store password also?

You have to include the color hex and format it a specific way

Here’s an example:

Black: #00000

White: #FFFFF

Sky Blue: #93abff

Make sure the colors are on different lines

You can look for the colors here: https://www.color-hex.com/

Once you have it, just type it in that custom colors section.
