Hi guys, I have set up colour swatches and followed this page - https://support.cleancanvas.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/11592216300189-Swatches

I have colour swatches on one of my products (stickers) but the other one (Tees) is not working, all the settings are the same (they are different templates) but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix it so the colour swatch shows on the product page and product grids throughout the site like it does for my vinyl stickers.

I also would like to update the colour around the colour swatch to a darker colour - how can I do this ?

Would love some help - I know it’s going to be some small setting or change but I just can’t figure it out!

Your working swatches product has option name “Colour” and the non-working one has “Color”.

Can possibly be because of this, do not have this theme code to confirm.

The problem is probably that colors like “bone” or “faded black” aren’t being recognized. You might need to create custom color definitions and link them to the right products to make it work.
