EDIT: I can’t seem to delete this post but just to say, I have found my answer. “Shopify Payments is not available to US territories except Puerto Rico” My bad for not reading properly!

I am looking at setting up a Shopify store in the United States and need clarity on the availability of Shopify Payments.
According to this page, Shopify Payments is not available in the US except in Puerto Rico. https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/shopify-payments/shopify-payments-requirements#can-i-use-shopify-payments
But according to this other page, it is available. https://www.shopify.ca/payment-gateways/united-states
Which one is accurate?
