i want at the very top of both my websites to have a buttons to click to the different brands.. just like kylie Jenner does on her websites at the top there is direct links to all her different brands find pic attached to see what i mean

This is certainly doable however this is more of a custom coding type of thing over a ready-made solution. You would need to code this only once and it can then move to other websites without issues.

You would need to create a snippet, then include it at the start of your header.liquid file, it would be a standard HTML approach to creating and designing this the way you want it.
