What I discovered yesterday is that Make.com fits my needs quite well.
The idea is to prepare an Excel sheet that contains topics and images, and then set up a flow that detects any new row added to the sheet. This flow will then be triggered to create a post automatically. I also added a router to distribute the post across LinkedIn, Instagram, Medium, and a Shopify—each platform is configured separately.
