We currently have required phone number for shipping which populates a field ‘Shipping address phone number’ however some customers dont add the phone number to their account so there is no phone number in contact info.
Is there a way to copy over the ‘Shipping address phone number’ into the contact info?
You can choose to make the shipping address phone number field a required selection in the Shopify settings under the “Checkout Customer Information” section.
Thanks but that doesn’t relate to the problem. It is already a required field, but it doesn’t populate the customer info Phone number - just the shipping phone number.
