I’m curious to know if anyone has found an app that automates the creation of donation receipts for charitable donations. Canada Revenue Agency has some very specific requirements for these receipts.
I’m working with a nonprofit client who has a low budget and wants to use their current tech stack (Shopify + MailChimp) to automate the distribution of receipts for their donations. I got a quote from a developer who said this is a rather complex job and would probably take up to 30+ hours to build something. Eeep!
Is there an app or a hack out there to help with this? Open to ideas and suggestions and really appreciate everyone’s insights!
