We would like to create a discount page for our products in addition to our regular product site. The discounted products should not show on our website, they should only be visual via a specific url link. Like this: https://vibriance.com/pages/vibriance-mini-site-10-off - Does anyone now how you can do this with Shopify?

You could hire a developer to do this for you!
The way to do this is to recreate a page or collection page to showcase your discounted products!

Yes, you can create a separate discount page for your product in Shopify by following these steps:

Create a new page in your Shopify store. Go to “Online Store” > “Pages” and click “Add page”. Give the page a title (e.g. “Discounted Products”) and hit the save button.

Go to the Online Store > Themes and click on Customize

Once you are inside, look for Pages > Default Page

Now once the page is loaded, Click on Add Block and select Featured Product

On the right side, Select Product you want to show and hit the save button
