Create custom CSS page to go past 500 character limit with spotlight theme

have already add the page and edit it in the editor code with HTML but i wanted to add Custom CSS, but i was not to exceed 500 characters how can i go about it.

You can add it to the theme. css/base. css file code.

may i know how pls. can you provide a navigation maybe by a picture or video to follow.

Go to the online store ->Theme ->Edit Code.

Find the theme. css or base. css file. It is usually under the assets folder.
