Creating a "Reserve" product page template for incoming products

I am using the Warehouse theme, 2.0 version. It comes with a pre-order template, with a pre-order button that functions with the “continue to sell out of stock items” function.

I want to create a new “reserve” product page template where I basically change the text of the button from “pre-order” to “reserve” so that my customers can reserve my store’s incoming stock. I don’t want to add a “Buy Now” next to it, just a “reserve” button by itself.

I’m sure I need to use the edit code function, but I think the 2.0 version of the Warehouse theme made it different from the vintage Warehouse theme.

Is this possible?

Hi there @RKBH ,

Since you didn’t provide your store URL, I can’t say for sure but the following might help

Online Store > Themes > Theme Language > Search for “Pre-Order” and change it to “Reserve”

I don’t want to change the text/language of the pre-order template. I want to keep that as is. Rather I need to create a separate “reserve” template with the relevant button text for specific products.

I want to separate pre-orders and reservations in their own product page templates.

@RKBH - have you created work flow? because what will happen if user clicks on this button? templates can be created, that needs coding , but after clicking button , user will go to cart

Clicking on “reserve” button will just add to cart and they can continue adding reserve items until they are ready to checkout, pay and thus reserve their copies until official release date or when next stock shipment comes.
