"Credit card cannot be verified. Please choose an other card" Problem at checkout

Hi,

From the 1st of February the online sales at my webshop dropped to zero so I tried to make a test purchase but I constantly get the same error message: The bank cannot verify your bank account. Choose an other card. I tried with a Visa but it did not work either

I’ve checked the abandonned checkouts and saw that not a single a purchase was finished. We had around 5 on avergae per day before

Could you help us what is the issue here?

I’m sorry to see that you’re seeing an error when processing your order through Paypal Express checkout. As the error is occurring on Paypal, it will require the help of Paypal Support as only they will have access to the tools to help troubleshoot the issue.
