CSS 'View All' button on featured collection

Hello,
How do I add a ‘view all’ button below a featured collection on my homepage? I’m currently using the atlantic theme. Is there any CSS I can add to create this below all featured collections on my home page?

if not, you can try adding the below code to feature collection file:


View all

Unfortunately theres no button for ‘enable view all’ with the theme I am using. The code unfortunately didn’t change anything when I tried adding it to the featured collection file. Would there be any other codes to try? I appreciate the help!
