Currency Format In Country Selector

In the country selector on our store, we have a duplicate currency type showing. Example: Belgium (EUR €).

This does not look very aesthetic and I wonder, is there a possibility to remove one?

I already adjusted the format in our Store Details - Store Currency and on all other pages it applies the selected format, only in the country selector it’s not changing.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
