I recently created a free Shopify account and set up a new store. I’m trying to create a custom app so I can test my API integration.

From what I understand, the free/development plan should allow up to 10 custom apps. I currently have 0 custom apps installed, but when I try to create one I get a “quota/limit exceeded” error.

Has anyone else run into this issue? Is this a known bug or am I missing a step in the setup? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi we have the same issue on Dev store with Plus features activated, support did not help us to fix it so far. Still looking for the solution.
