We have Custom app which have "Admin links " set to display on Order Details page.
Most often 99% orders are showing that correctly in “More actions” menu , but.. oddly a few no. of orders are not showing those options. As if there is something shopify is doing intentionally, but why? I did not find anything on documentation.
What is possible reason for it ? @Shopify_77

On the order pages where there is the expected admin link is not appearing is there any errors appearing in the console? Are there any unique characteristics for these orders, eg: payment type, fulfilment process, etc?

There is one warning message. And they were not auto synced to ShipHero as well.
Console has error which is NOT present in regular orders which have proper links.
It that error message on the admin page not appearing on orders where your app is working correctly?

This order is not displaying Admin links of custom app.
I’m experiencing exactly this, some orders shown my “admin links” and others not. No idea why and also it happens to other app. Did you get any answer?

In my case it seems it could be related with orders being older than 60 days and lack access to the “read all orders scope”. I don’t know if you can see a pattern related with dates, but just in case. Anyway, I can see randomly the admin links of my app, which makes this quite weird.
