Custom font not appearing on mobile (Prestige)

Hi, I’ve uploaded custom font files and they are appearing on Chrome, but not on Safari or mobile.

I have the following extensions:

NimbusSanL-Bol.otf

NimbusSanL-Bol.svg

NimbusSanL-Bol.woff

NimbusSanL-Bol.woff2

font-family: NimbusSanL-Bol;

What am I missing?

Hi @Liesl ,

May be the safari version is not supporting for the font you are using just see this post. May be it will help you .

Thank you so much for your quick reply. Any ideas why it isn’t showing up on mobile? Using the latest chrome version on mobile (iphone)

Did you check above link which I have shared.

@oscprofessional Yes, I did, but it says to download into the theme (which I did) and it says they might not be supported by Safari. But that doesn’t help with the mobile issue I’m having on chrome?

@oscprofessional is doing a great job of helping you, but in case you wanted to reach out to the theme developer about this also just to make sure it’s not a bug on their end at all. I also use Prestige for my store and the Maestrooo team are great! You can find them here.
