Hi,
I am in the process of moving my store to sShopify but am stuck with this issue. I tried every solution that I found online and nothing worked so far.
My Goal:
I want to display custom Metafields in my product pages, such as a list of used materials or ingredients.
Current status:
I have created multiline Metafields and connected them to my default templates using “collapsible rows” via dynamic source. The field itself is showing up, but non of the values is ever displayed!
I am using Dawn 15.3.0 but have tried to switch to other themes to rule out an issue there. Same result, field is visible, data is not. Does anyone know where I am ging wrong?
Screenshots below; I have added only one of my custom field to the template to make trouble shooting easier.
Hey @VintageFarms I hope you are doing well. Could you please share your Store URL and password (If applicable) so that I provide you solution code. And let me know which Shopify app you are using for Collapsible Content.
Thanks
Waiting for your Reply.
Thank you for the reply. Happy to give you the URL, but I do not share passwords, let alone in a forum.

And could you kindly clarify why there is “solution code” needed? I am using nothing else than the native Shopify Online Store. All screenshots I added to my post came from within the base Shopify Online Store. I did not add/use any custom code or third party app plug-in.
Thank you for your reply.
It is like the Metafields might not be pulling data correctly. Have you tried manually retrieving the values using Liquid to check if they exist? Sometimes, re-saving the product data by using the shutters Conroe tx or clearing the cache can also help.
I have to look up what Liquid is (I assume a DB or script language) and can give it a try if I figure out the syntax.
The link you posted took me to a Window blinds page; not sure what to do with that yet.
Well, I found the issue. I did don’t realize that 1) the default selection for meta fields is set for PAGE, not Product, and 2) that I subsequently needed to use the small arrow pointing left to get to the point at which I was able to switch to meta fields set for PRODUCT. After that, the content appeared as I expected.
Here are screenshots, they might help other shop owners stuck at the same spot.
