I created a separate product page template for my subscription products. I would like to add the text: “per month” after the price on products using this template. Can anyone offer instructions on how to do this? Thank you.

Its really hard to share how to do it unless you share more details about the template code. You can consider hiring a Shopify developer or share the code here so that the community can help with it.
