Looking to setup a menu system for ordering stickers in a custom size that will show the price depending on which options are chosen and also to be able to upload files. Similar functionality to the attached screenshot.

I have a suggestion.
Create 4 different products for each cutline shapes
As shopify allow only 3 variants limit: Create three variant options for Size, Quantity and Material and add price for each of them.
Code in a way when the variants are switched they are being reflected. If you don’t have sufficient coding knowledge you can hire a developer for custom setup as the functionality is little bit tricky or can go with some popular product options shopify app.

What apps would you recommend for something like this?
The price on each would change with the quantity so I think the solution is
a bit more complex than the first suggestion.
How I calculate my prices now are basically by square foot of material and
they are not static prices since the quantities can vary widely, which
would mean lots of different products for each.
