I am after an app that will allow customers to log in, give them their special price on products, will calculate their spend over the year, will show them what discount tier they are on.

I am not after a point system - I want a program that calculates what the customer has spent overall time and put them on a tier and then they get certain discounts based on the tier they are on!

However, these apps are usually use for wholesale stores instead. If you’re not a wholesale store, I will still recommend you look into loyalty apps as customers still can get more discounts if they spend more!
@AmberWilkinson , please correct me if I’m wrong anywhere. I appreciate your clarifications 
- You want to segregate the users based on yearly spend
- Based on their spends - you want to put them on tiers
- Based on the tiers - you want to offer custom pricing on products.
The first two parts of this can be done through Shopify flows - they even have a template to start with - you can customise this to be yearly spend information instead of lifetime. Then you can tag the customers based on their spend bucket.
Once you tag them it’s fairly easy to setup a rule that goes like for customer having “X” tag give “Y$/%” off on “some collection / products”
In my case I have set it up so that customers with VIP tag get a 10% discount on the liquid snowboard.
The next step is to place the price block on your PDP from the theme customiser, and you’re good to go

There are other ways to do this through custom code as well - but then you’d have to also consider the maintenance and the tech debt that comes along with such flaky solutions as well.
