We had a customer place an order for a product, but after completing the sale (we can see that the order went through), she had a page come up on her phone (mobile order) saying “Checkout page you’re looking for does not exist”.
I’ve checked throughout the setup and cannot see where that message could have generated from.
There’s nothing in the order flow that would explain why the customer is being forwarded to a non-existent page.
Any idea why this would happen?
