Customer Segments

Hi everyone, can you please help me with this!

How can I categorize customer segments based on their actions toward the emails they receive—for example: email opened, email delivered, email clicked, or email not opened?

  • Use an Email App with Tracking
  • At the Email App Dashboard, check automatically tagged (Opened,Clicked,Didn’t open)
  • Create Segments according to that
  • Sync Segments Back to Shopify (This is Optional)
